BORDERLANDS 2 BOOM & BEWM is the first episode of the Smosh Games series, Boss Fight of the Week, that was uploaded September 27th, 2012.
In this episode of Boss Fight of the Week, Sohinki and Lasercorn battle the boss Boom, and his little brother Bewm from the video game Borderlands 2.
Walkthrough[]
At the beginning of the video, Sohinki and Lasercorn begin their fight with Boom and Bewm. Immediately at the start of the fight, Lasercorn goes down when Anthony pops up to tell him how he sucks. When they begin to commence an attack on Bewm, Lasercorn realizes that Bewm has a jetpacked, where Lasercorn get blown up by him and goes down -- here, Ian comes up and tells the audience how that was a fail. Once revived, they kill Bewm, where they both level up.
When Lasercorn begins to approach Boom, Sohinki opens his player menu while he states the abilities of the Gunzerker skill, as Lasercorn is fighting off a Psycho. When Sohinki commences his Gunzerker skill, they both approach Big Bertha and fight of Psychos. Once Big Bertha got destroyed by Sohinki, they both begin to attack Boom while using their skills, where Lasercorn eventually killed Boom with his blade.
Strategy Recap[]
1. Die[]
As seen at the beginning of the video, Lasercorn dies instantly, where he describes he did this on purpose. He said he did this to trick the enemies into thinking they sucked so the enemies wouldn't have to go so hard on them.
2. Keep Dying[]
For a second time, Lasercorn dies. He did this to heavily trick the enemies thinking how this will be easier than they thought.
3. Lucky Level Up[]
Once Sohinki and Lasercorn go down (from 2. Keep Dying), they explain how they both planned out the timing of them to both go down, where in the case of being revived by leveling up.
